We had an amazing stay at this condo! The views were absolutely stunning, everything was spotless and very well maintained, and Susan was quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. The condo also felt safe and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. Location was great, beds were super comfy, and the private beach (with included chairs and umbrella) really sealed the deal! Highly recommend and I can’t wait to stay here again!

This was our second year to stay at Sandy Palms Cabana! The condo is clean, cozy, and has a wonderful view. Susan is very easy to communicate with and ensures you have everything you may need throughout your stay. Highly recommend staying here!

We are already talking about a return trip! Susan was very quick to respond to any questions we had. My expectations for cleanliness were exceeded. We especially loved the convience of so much being within walking distance, especially restaurants.

Susan, Chris and Ally were great from the inquiry stage all the way to our departure! Perfect hosts in every way! We were welcomed us in person when we arrived, they made us feel right at home in their gorgeous condo! We just loved the interior of the unit, the balcony was great for coffee or hanging out relaxing. The condo is IMMACULATE floor to ceiling! We felt safe, and secure. The grounds well cared for, pools were great- the beach access was great!
Close the great seafood restaurants, shopping and activities. Family oriented. We could not have had a better week! We were extremely satisfied with our stay, Susan was wonderful!! She’s great to work with!!
We wished we could hade stayed a couple more days, we enjoyed it so much!

We stayed 3 nights and had a great time! The condo was so clean, smelled good and the beds were so comfortable. Our kids loved having a bunk bed nook with their own bathroom to call their own. The patio was so nice to enjoy though the frogs got SO loud at night! We loved it but also were thankful the bedroom was not facing the patio. We had June grass at the beach during our entire stay but we still enjoyed it and appreciated the very short walk. I’d recommend walking to the major crosswalk if you have a wagon or wheels. We brought ours and were glad to have it but it’s definitely not necessary. The pool was great and was so nice to have. The laundry being free on the same level was so great and we planned ahead and brought laundry soap. Susan’s place had so many things including spices and nice pans and utensils. The ac worked great and we appreciated the smart TVs so we could login to our preferred streaming services. The towels were so fluffy and nice too and there was no sand inside the condo. The elevator and carts were great. Lots of good restaurants and coffee nearby that we enjoyed. After all of the traffic in seaside, we really appreciated being in Gulf Place! Thanks for a lovely stay!

First of all we were greeted with a text from host that we could check in at 10 which was unexpected but helpful since our flight arrived earlier. We were gonna have to hang out til 4. Good start! The place is so pretty and cooking and eating with family was such a pleasure that we never went out! She thought of everything when setting it up. From spices, utensils, pots and pans to nice towels and linens, cleaning supplies and everything you might need to feel at home. It even has remote blinds which I will be ordering for our home after asking for a link. Susan was very responsive and always replied immediately and made it seem that I was texting a friend;) We were there 10 days and will be back if lucky enough to luck up on availability. PERFECT home away from home and was sad to go! Thank you Susan for taking such good care of us...Run don't walk if you need to book a place near private beach with awesome pool and hot tubs and many grills. Also nice and felt safe with gated en entry

The condo was gorgeous! Super close to the beach. Susan was incredibly responsive and helpful.
The condo was thoughtfully stocked, everything you could think of…..and loved that everything was labeled. Can’t wait to come again.

As first-time users of Airbnb, this was a great introduction to Airbnb properties. We were new to this area and quickly learned what a gem this spot was thanks to its location and private beach access. So nice! The condo was very clean and incredibly nice.

Susan was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth as possible—super helpful and incredibly responsive every step of the way. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the beds were so comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!

This was a beautiful condo to stay at! Very clean and was surrounded by great restaurants. It was also an easy walk to the beach. Susan was a great host!
