House Rules
All guests must be 21 or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Although we love pets our cabana does not allow pets. If you get caught bringing a pet onto the premisses a $500 fee will be assessed and you will be required to leave without any refund to your stay. In addition, smoking is not allowed in the home. The entire Cabanas building including common areas is non-smoking. If we find you have smoked in the home or left debris a $500 fee will be assessed and you will be reported as breaking the contract to the rental sites possibly resulting in you being banned from renting in the future from any third party rental sites. We enforce the 4pm check in and the 10am check out times.
