There is a spacious downstairs primary bedroom featuring a California King bed, smart Roku TV with cable, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, jetted soaking tub and walk in shower. When dining in, enjoy the fully stocked kitchen including oven, microwave, and coffee bar or retreat to the private patio to grill some of the local gulf fare. We offer a Weber charcoal grill, but you must provide charcoal. Laundry closet on first floor featuring stacked washer and dryer with starter supplies. NEW!!! Recently replaced all carpet with beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring (not featured in current photos) Upstairs you will enjoy the kid friendly space including various games for hours of family fun! There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: Beach Days Family Suite - includes 2 king beds and ensuite bathroom and a smart Roku tv with basic cable (note desk has been removed to accommodate 2nd king size bed) Anchors Away Suite - includes queen bed and adjoining bathroom shared with game room and a smart Roku TV Ocean Bunk Room - includes full over full bunk bed, arcade game, and kid friendly decor and a smart Roku tv with basic cable

All guests must be 25 or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Although we love pets our cottage does not allow pets. If you get caught bringing a pet onto the premisses a $500 fee will be assessed and you will be required to leave without any refund to your stay. In addition, smoking is not allowed in the home. You are welcome to smoke on the patio, but you must dispose of cigarettes in waste cans provided. If we find you have smoked in the home or left debris a $500 fee will be assessed and you will be reported as breaking the contract to the rental sites possibly resulting in you being banned from renting in the future from any third party rental sites. We enforce the 4pm check in and the 10am check out times. It may be possible to accommodate early check in's and late check out times for an additional fee, but it is on an availability basis and can not be confirmed until closer to the stay. As a reminder, please no overnight street parking in our neighborhood, no exceptions! All other vehicles can be parked at Gulf Place .3 mile down the road and parking is at your own risk. Trash collection is provided by Waste Management and should be put out to the curb early Monday and Thursday morning. (they often pick up before 8am) Please bag all trash before putting into large green trash bin. Trash bags have been provided for your use under the kitchen sink.

All bedrooms and downstairs living room have smart Roku televisions with basic cable.
