Good to know

House Rules

All guests must be 21 or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Although we love pets our cabana does not allow pets. If you get caught bringing a pet onto the premisses a $500 fee will be assessed and you will be required to leave without any refund to your stay. In addition, smoking is not allowed in the home. The entire Cabanas building including common areas is non-smoking. If we find you have smoked in the home or left debris a $500 fee will be assessed and you will be reported as breaking the contract to the rental sites possibly resulting in you being banned from renting in the future from any third party rental sites. We enforce the 4pm check in and the 10am check out times.

As first-time users of Airbnb, this was a great introduction to Airbnb properties. We were new to this area and quickly learned what a gem this spot was thanks to its location and private beach access. So nice! The condo was very clean and incredibly nice.

One of the best Airbnb places I have stayed. There were extra necessities throughout the condo which was so nice and convenient. The condo had everything you could ever need, even a little vacuum to help with keeping the sand out. It was so clean, felt like I was at home. The master bed was so nice and comfortable, I was sad to leave. Overall, we will definitely be back!

Words can’t express how incredible our experience was at Susan’s place! She was more than responsive and could answer any and all of our questions. The place was clean and felt right at home. We had a fantastic stay at Sandy Palms Cabana! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Santa Rosa Beach is a fantastic hidden gem. The area is great with many pools and private beach. Susan’s place was awesome. Easy to find and access. King bed was very comfy. And Susan was an outstanding host. Proactive and super responsive. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s place. Her place was extremely clean, and she was very responsive to questions and communicative. The outside patio was lovely for morning breakfast and the beach was literally walk across the street. Loved having the private beach access as it made the area much less crowded. Lots of food and drink within walking distance. Hope to be back soon!

Susan’s place was an absolute dream for my birthday getaway. You can tell how much she values her guests from the thoughtful touches throughout the home and her exceptional communication. As someone with OCD who is very particular about cleanliness, I can honestly say I’ve never stayed in a cleaner Airbnb—I felt completely at ease. The location is unbeatable, just steps from a stunning beach with breathtaking views. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We had the best time at Susan's condo. It was IMMACULATELY clean and I'm a neurotic mess about cleanliness while traveling. The view from the patio is incredible and I cannot tell you how delightful it was to have toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, etc. The grounds were impeccable as well, the pool was incredibly well maintained, and check-in was seamless. We will be back!
